Saint-Thomas and Saint-Félicien sawmills intern Gabrielle Gauthier’s third blogpost
Hi everyone,
I’m starting the twelfth week of my internship, and time is going by at lightning speed. Over the past few weeks, what has impressed me the most is the remarkable atmosphere and strong teamwork in every unit of Resolute Forest Products. So, in this week’s blogpost, I want to tell you about the team I work with every day here at the Saint-Thomas (Quebec) sawmill. Even though the vacation season is well under way here, in the following video (in French) I manage to introduce you to the vast majority of the management team on the site.
Whether through their values, passion or dedication, all the members of the team are proud to work at the Saint-Thomas sawmill. I think it’s safe to say that all the members of this management team are unequivocal on one point: Resolute is a company where you’ll find the opportunity to grow, a great diversity of jobs and people who are passionate about what they do. Working here means days filled with challenges amid the constant goal of maintaining the health and safety of our many employees.
Working with such a fine team is a privilege for me. It also one of the things that make my internship so enjoyable and rewarding.
In short, I hope this video has enabled you to learn a little more about the people I work with. I also hope this blogpost has shown you how exciting it is to work at Resolute.
