“The door needs to be open wider to the entire talent pool.” -An interview with Resolute’s Debbie Johnston and Dr. S. Lynne Willett

As part of a series by the American Forest & Paper Association (AF&PA), notable women were invited to share their perspectives on the forest products industry and the importance of increasing women’s participation. The series recently featured two Resolute employees: Debbie Johnston, director, U.S. Public Affairs; and Dr. S. Lynne Willett, manager, Human Resources– U.S. Tissue, Pulp, Paper and Woodlands Operations.

When asked why women should be part of the forest products industry, Lynne asks that the question be changed to, “Why wouldn’t the industry welcome talented, motivated, change managers in the name of diversity and growth for the business?”
