The launch of Atlas Tissue’s Green Heritage®, a new line of premium 100% recycled bath tissue for the at-home market, has caught the attention of new product experts as well as environmentally-conscious customers.
The Green Heritage brand has won gold in the Paper Products category of Store Brands retailing magazine’s annual Best New Products competition. It was the top pick of the magazine’s editors thanks to being environmentally friendly, dye and fragrance free, septic-safe as well as economical – a series of innovations leading the way in the green tissue market.
But it has also emerged as the top pick of many consumers, helping them change their views about using recycled tissue products.
Consumer testing also confirms that Green Heritage bath tissue is preferred over the leading 100% recycled bath tissue on the market. It is brighter, thicker and stronger and equally important, it offers superior quality and softness at an affordable price. Additionally, Green Heritage products:
- Are manufactured from 100% recycled fiber and are biodegradable. Products are comprised of an average of 50% post-consumer recycled material for towel and 25% post-consumer recycled material for bath tissue
- Do not use chlorine bleach or any ozone-depleting chemicals in the manufacturing process
- Are made in mills that are LEED® certified
